Devesh Srivastava is the Managing Director of Saisha Infra Projects Ltd. with over 27 years of experience in heading establishments in different industries varying from Mining, Education, Manufacturing to Service. Under his leadership, his mining startup taken over in 1989 with less than 25 workers has become the leading producer and exporter of high quality talc in India, with over 2000 workers and has won over 35 awards and accolades for outstanding and pathbreaking performance for environmental conservation in the semi-mechanized Mining Category. He has spearheaded a Pan-India franchise network, and is equally adaptable in establishing and developing strategic international alliances. Apart from being a dynamic entrepreneur, Devesh has a strong sense of personal values, and is committed to making our society a better place to live in.
Shankar Nath Choudhary, Director
Shankar Nath Chaudhry is a Director at Saisha Infra Projects Limited. His career spanning the last 18 years in various construction equipment and Infra companies include Schwing Stetter India(P)Ltd., Quippo Construction Equipment Ltd., Conmat India(P) Ltd., Grocia Auto India Ltd. and ERA Infra Engineering Ltd. His experience has equipped him with in-depth expertise in the fields of operations, sales, purchase, supply and marketing. Shankar brings with him strong competitive insights and people skills. He leverages on his ability to lead and his hard work thereby inspiring his team to work smart and achieve targets.
Saisha Srivastava, Director
Saisha Srivastava is the Director – Business Development for Saisha Infra Projects’ overseas operations. Before her current assignment, Saisha led the Asia strategy of a USD960m funded non-profit foundation in the healthcare space in New York City. Prior, she worked in financial advisory firm Z-Ben Advisors in Shanghai, China and at Endeavor’s Fintech division in New York. Saisha has successfully developed and managed projects while holding various roles in operations, strategy and marketing, finance, and financial inclusion research across four countries. She was sponsored by the Ministry of External Affairs, India, to accompany the Indian delegation to China for official negotiations on the Bangladesh–China–India–Myanmar (BCIM) trade corridor in 2014.
Saisha is a driven social entrepreneur. She gave a TEDx talk in 2015 that has garnered half a million views online; founded the educational start-up 20 Days of Rain in 2013, which brought dance classes to 25 blind schools across 7 cities in India; and created Hatch, a peer-to-peer microlending fintech startup, in 2016. While developing Hatch, Saisha worked closely under Dr. Muhammad Yunus, a Nobel Prize Laureate, at Grameen Bank in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Saisha is based in New York and is fluent in Mandarin, Hindi, Bengali, and English. She earned a BA in Econometrics and Chinese from Vassar College, New York.
